Who We Are

Grace4MyMental was founded when co-founder Yvonne Smith, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Trauma Therapist, identified a growing need for mental health education and accessible resources within homeschool communities. As both a therapist and a homeschool mom, Yvonne recognized that individuals across all learning environments experience similar mental health needs. Out of this awareness, Grace4MyMental was born.

We exist to inform, equip, and empower families and communities with practical, trauma-informed mental health tools rooted in grace and hope. This calling led to the creation of From the Inside Out: A Mental Health Newsletter for Kids. What began as a newsletter has grown into a community initiative that educates, advocates, and provides mental health resources across the Atlanta area and beyond.
